Dr. George Dintiman – 252.441.1185

Dr. George B. Dintiman is actively involved in personal speed training, consulting, and research and writing in the area of speed improvement. He is the author of 52 books as well as over 150 articles and videos on speed improvement, sports conditioning, fitness and wellness, nutrition, weight control, and general health. His speed improvement techniques and books are in use throughout the world at all levels of competition.

After leading Lock Haven University to its first undefeated team, Dr. Dinitman’s jersey was retired from use; the only jersey ever retired in 125+ years. Dr. Dintiman was also one of the State of Pennsylvania’s leading scorers in basketball and Captain of the University Track Team running the high and low hurdles and 100-meter dash. His home town of Highspire, Pennsylvania, named Dr. Dintiman and Greg Manning as the two best all-around athletes in the town’s 200-year history, published in the book,The Highspire Pennsylvania Recollection (1814-2014). Dr. Dinitiman is a former draft choice of the NFL’s Baltimore Colts and a selection of the CFL’s Montreal Alouettes.

Dr. Dintiman is credited with starting and coaching the first inter-collegiate football team in the History of Puerto Rico in 1964. He also coached the Inter American University of Puerto Rico basketball team to two undefeated seasons. Dr. Dintiman has received numerous honors and awards and, most recently, was inducted into the Lock Haven University Business Hall of Fame in 2017. He was voted a Charter Member of the Lock Haven University All-Sports Hall of Fame in 2015, the Inaugural Class of the Lock Haven University Football Hall of Fame in 2010, and the Pennsylvania State Sports Hall of Fame – Capital Area Chapter, in 1993.

Dr. Brian Oddi, Ph.D., PES, CSS – 724.825.0239

Dr. Brian Oddi holds a Master’s degree in Health Science from California University of PA and is a team member with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He holds a second master’s degree in Education and was an instructor and the Director of Athletic Performance at California University of PA. As the Director of Athletic Performance, Dr.Oddi ran and operated the strength and conditioning programs and facilities with a staff of 20. Dr. Oddi works with the National Association of Speed and Explosion as the online coordinator where he is responsible for designing classes, and online certification programs.

Dr. Oddi is a certified personal trainer (CPT) a performance enhancement specialist (PES), a Strength and Conditioning specialist (NSCA) and a NASE Certified Speed and Explosion Specialist (NASE-CSS). He is very active in the strength and conditioning community and is a current member with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Dr. Oddi has experience working with collegiate teams as the head performance enhancement coach and was responsible for all operations in the strength and conditioning department. Brian has done work with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, where he was able to work in fitness clubs, sports specific training facilities, workshops, committee’s and in the classroom. Brian has been active in athletics, being drafted into the Canadian Football League (CFL) by the Ottawa Renegades in 2005. Brian was also a member of the Hamilton Tiger Cats (CFL) before leaving professional football to pursue his career in teaching.
